AshtonPenney Interim is the UK member of the international partnership Senior Management International, a group of specialist interim management providers in France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Sweden and the U.S.A. all of whom are leaders in their respective countries, have common goals and client and interim executive service commitments.
We share standard operational and quality practices. We help each other to source and introduce senior interim executives for each others’ clients on a global basis. This means that clients of SMI members irrespective of country of origin or location can be assured of receiving the same standard and rapid response from all members. Therefore, for example, the Italian subsidiary of a German owned group has the benefit of access to both Italian and German networks of top quality interim executives.
The benefits for our clients and interim executives have been demonstrated many times over in recent years so that top quality shortlisted candidates can be presented across borders in the most rapid manner possible.
