Colin Maitland - Non Executive Chairman
Colin was up until July 2005 the Chairman of Synovate Healthcare Limited, a company owned by Aegis Group PLC. In 1973 he started Isis Research which he built into a global healthcare business and which he sold to Aegis in October 2003.
Bruce Page - Chief Executive
A qualified chartered accountant, Bruce held senior positions at KPMG and Thomson McClintock and in 1976 joined Douglas Llambias Associates, an accountancy and financial recruitment consultancy. In 1978, Bruce moved to Coopers & Lybrand as head of recruitment for London, being made personnel director in 1981. In 1986, he returned to Douglas Llambias Associates as managing director and was instrumental in turning the business back into profit prior to its MBO/MBI in 1997. In 1998 Bruce set up his own internet based accountancy and tax recruitment company and in 2002 joined Longbridge International plc, an AIM quoted international executive search company, becoming Finance and Operations Director in May 2003. He joined AshtonPenney in January 2006.
Graham Cole - Non Executive Director
Graham is a chartered accountant and serves as a non executive director and consultant to a number of UK growth companies (both private and public). He was a corporate finance director of Beeson Gregory Limited, an investment bank focusing on European growth companies from 1995 to 2002. He was a partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (subsequently Coopers & Lybrand) from 1979 to 1995. Graham currently serves as a non-executive director of StageCoach Theatre Arts plc, Vantis plc and Recruitment Investment Group Limited.
