The Company was incorporated in England and Wales on 10 March 1997 as a
public limited company under the Act, registered with number 3330836 and
with the name Greenchase plc. The Company’s name was changed to Human
Solutions Group plc on 28 May 1997. On 14 July 1998 the Company’s name was
changed to Fit Stop plc and changed again to Branded Drinks plc on 26
September 2002. The Company changed its name to its current name Ashton
Penney Holdings plc on 22 February 2005.
