• We provide interim Chief Restructuring Officers to resolve otherwise intractable issues where lenders’ and creditors’ behaviour is likely to become threatening.
• We provide non executives as an alternative resource option.
• Our Accelerated Value Management service provides teams of interim executives and project managers from whom value can rapidly be extracted (e.g. stock or working capital opportunities post-deal completion).
• We operate all over Europe and further a field; it is significant that currently up to 50% of our work in the private equity portfolio marketplace is outside the UK.
